Discord Authorisation
Having trouble authorising your Discord account? Use the Login with Discord button from any subscribe / install page — it re-authorises you automatically. If that fails, message Staff on our Discord.
How can I upgrade?
Open the Subscribe section, pick a higher tier and complete the PayPal flow. Your previous subscription is automatically replaced and the new role is granted in Discord within a few minutes. If you need a manual refund for a partial-month overlap, contact Staff on Discord.
How do I snipe?

Sniping means teleporting to a far-away location to catch a specific Pokémon. Enter the coordinates of the Pokémon into your spoofing app, tap the Pokémon and catch it.

There are rules to follow so you don't get soft-banned. The big one is cooldown: how long you must wait between actions based on the teleport distance. See the cooldown answer below.

What's the "cooldown"?

A cooldown is the amount of time you must wait after taking an in-game action before you can take another one. It's based on the distance between the two actions. If you act before your cooldown finishes you'll fail the action — wild Pokémon will flee, raids won't work, Pokéstops won't spin.

If you haven't taken an action in the last 2 hours, you don't need to calculate cooldown. For long-distance teleports, expect to wait the maximum 2-hour cooldown.

Actions that will trigger cooldown

  • Catching a wild Pokémon (Incense, Lures, Special Lures, Mystery Box)
  • Dropping a ball on an encounter screen (catch or raid)
  • Spinning a Pokéstop (especially with "Bag is Full" or "Try Again")
  • Placing a Pokémon in a gym
  • Feeding a gym defender within screen radar (incl. remote, if in radar)
  • Gym battles
  • Fleeing Pokémon from catch limit
  • Using a Gotcha device to spin / catch

These actions won't reset / re-trigger cooldown if you're already on one.

Actions that won't trigger cooldown

  • Teleporting itself
  • Encountering a wild Pokémon (without throwing)
  • Remote berry feeding from outside the radar
  • Autowalk (without spinning / catching)
  • Hatching eggs
  • Claiming quest / weekly rewards
  • Catching a quest-reward Pokémon
  • Speed raids (if cooldown finished 2 hours ago)
  • Sending or opening gifts
  • Evolving, powering up, trading, transferring Pokémon
  • Taking snapshots
  • Changing your buddy / gaining buddy candy
  • Using items (potions, evolution items, TMs)
  • Spending stardust / candy for second moves
  • Using Incense, Lucky Egg, Star Piece
  • Deleting items from storage
  • PvP battles, team leader battles
  • Placing a Lure or Special Lure on a Pokéstop
  • Buying coins / shop items
  • Changing avatar / clothes
  • Transferring a Pokémon to Switch (Mystery Box)
  • Claiming a free raid pass on an active gym
  • Photobomb catches (Smeargle, Party Hat Pikachu, etc.)
  • Dropping a ball on the ground while already on cooldown

How do I camp a Pokémon?
Camping is when you stay on the catch screen without throwing a ball or berry until your cooldown finishes. The Pokémon won't flee as long as you don't act — you just wait. Respect the cooldown times (see above) or the Pokémon will flee the moment you try to throw.
What are Speed Raids?

You can do back-to-back raids without triggering cooldown — as long as you're already off your previous cooldown and you don't throw a ball or berry at the raid boss after the battle. Just hit "Run" and teleport to the next raid.

People usually run speed raids hunting for shinies or specific IV rolls.

How do I use #candy?
The #🍬candy channel is visible to everyone, but only Donators can post in it. Free users get one Candy Bot use per day.

Asking a Donator to type in the channel on your behalf is against the rules and will get you banned.
How do I get unbanned?
Most bans are issued for a clear rule violation — check #rules_guides in Discord. If you believe your ban was a mistake, DM any Staff member listed in the Discord member list and explain. Don't ban-evade with a new account; it makes appeals much harder.
How long do subscriptions last?
Subscriptions last 30 days from your last payment and renew automatically. You can cancel any time via PayPal, Patreon or the cancel flow on the homepage — see the cancel question below for all options.
Pokémon spawns don't show the right IV / CP / level
All coordinates posted in Discord and the app are calibrated for trainers level 30+. Below that, Pokémon IVs and CP appear randomised in your game.

Weather also changes IVs hourly — a Pokémon posted before a weather shift may have different stats once the weather flips. Always check the CP in-game before catching.

How do I cancel?
We're a transparent service — there are multiple easy ways to cancel. No hoops.

Easiest: open the Subscribe section on the homepage and use the cancel option there. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
