Location cards vs backgrounds
- Location cards are the real-world city and venue photos given out at live events — GO Fest cities, Pokémon Center stores, World Championships and the Japanese baseball (NPB) stadium cards.
- Backgrounds are the special ones from in-game events such as Community Days, anniversaries and GO Fest.
